Have you heard about the benefits of practicing gratitude? It's a little bit like mindfulness these days in that I feel like I'm reading about it at every turn. But the science behind it is well-documented and compelling. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.
